What you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for your visitor type, name, email, country or region, interests and requirements. Depending on your enquiry, it also asks for company, product or service information. Product images are optional. We do not request identity documents or bank details for an initial enquiry.
How the information is used
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss related cooperation and review proposed public product materials. It is not automatically published and does not create a business account. Only staff involved in handling the enquiry and the configured delivery service should process it for that purpose.
Email mode and optional upload service
When no receiving service is configured, the page only prepares an email in your browser. You decide whether to open your email app or copy and send the message. Images remain on your device until you manually attach and send them. With a receiving service enabled, the page states its response and images are held privately for staff review. Service acceptance does not mean staff have read the message.
Browser data and retention
This website does not place form details in website URLs or persistent browser storage and does not include analytics or advertising cookies. Form data is held in the current page. Your email provider and the site host may process delivery or security metadata under their own policies. Enquiries should be retained only as needed for the discussion, related obligations and permitted records, then deleted.
